Hi! I have to say, my hair loss did escalate when I cut out refined flours and sugars. It continued for several years, until I reintroduced it after discovering Matt Stone, Danny Roddy and Ray Peat.

I suspect that many times when we demonize sugar, we do not realize that the sugar stuff most often are loaded whith inflammation promoting, metabolism lowering and over eating triggering omega 6 linoleic acid fats.

I followed so many advices about lowering carbs, cut sugars out (and refined flours), but it all got worse. I JUST added sugar and refined flour into my diet again (no mega amounts, and never junk food if I did not see that the ingredients was harmless – nutritionless but harmless), and 2-3 months later, my 4-5 year long hair loss time just stopped.

Mynona that’s awesome that you have helped your hair with your dietary adjustments – and Matt, Danny, and Dr. Peat are some of my favorites for their information and viewpoints on how to do this.

I think you’ll see as you hear these talks that there are some different options offered by the presenters, which I think adds some diversity to the hair loss talk. As women with hair loss, our unique situations and etiologies for our health imbalances may differ slightly, and sometimes there are different ways to regain bodily balance. That’s why I’m glad to have a variety of viewpoints from experts sharing what has worked for their patients and clients.

I think you will especially like the talk with Josh and Jeanne Rubin of East West Healing that will open up March 14th and 15th, where they dive into inflammation, healthy carbohydrates, and metabolism.

      Thank you for watching

The session was very informative. I have been experiencing hair loss for the past 6 months. I am definitely going to try the suggestions for diet made by the doctor. Thank you.
